Writing with Humans is a writing group for folks who want to do things differently.

For writers who want to share their work with others outside of a formal critique.

For writers who want to alchemize their daily journaling into poetry.

In Writing with Humans, we focus on the humans, not the writing.

(And it turns out, the writing follows.)

In Writing with Humans, you’ll come to believe that you are a writer

You’ll believe you have a story to tell.

Writing with Humans includes three group coaching sessions where you can receive support around whatever is keeping you from connecting to your story. You’ll learn practices to feel abundance around space and time for your writing, how to tap into creative flow, how to keep showing up for your writing practice and how to feel nourished while doing it.

You’ll believe your story is worth sharing.

In Writing with Humans, you will in fact be writing with humans, but you will also share your writing with others and receive their writing. You’ll be sharing your own writing and receiving the writing of others in a supporting sharing circle, not a critique. Writing with Humans includes four Sharing Circles; you will share work during two circles and receive work during two circles. The aim of Sharing Circle is to encourage you to keep writing and to keep sharing your writing.

You’ll believe there is time and space for your writing.

While you’re in Writing with Humans you’ll benefit from membership in Creatrix Circle. Creatrix Circle meets three Wednesdays a month for 2 hours of creative coworking over Zoom. In Creatrix Circle, we normalize showing up for our creativity. You’ll be surrounded (virtually) by other humans showing up for their writing and you’ll realize it’s the most natural thing.
